Overview:
We are seeking a detail\-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in the travel Agency. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
\- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
\- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
\- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
\- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
\- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
\- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office suite
\- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
\- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
\- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
\- Familiarity with medical receptionist or dental office procedures is a plus
