We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. This vital role ensures smooth administrative functioning, effective communication, and a welcoming atmosphere for staff, clients, and visitors alike. As an energetic and proactive leader, you will coordinate office activities, manage administrative tasks, and support team productivity through exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing multi\-line phone systems, and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry processes, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for team members and executives
  • Utilize software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office management tools to streamline administrative workflows
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs promptly and maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement, inventory management, and basic bookkeeping tasks to support daily operations
  • Support clerical functions including typing correspondence, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and basic computer literacy
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi\-line phone systems confidently
  • Strong attention to detail with proofreading skills and accurate data entry capabilities
  • Knowledge of office procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques
  • Previous experience in customer service roles such as dental or medical receptionist is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Sales or customer service experience.
