We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. Dental Office experience is a plus. Dental assistants are welcome to apply. Candidate must be bilingual and proficient in spanish.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Verify Dental Insurance Benefits.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for client records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, typing correspondence, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and filing systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience with office duties including calendar management and clerical tasks is highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for this position.
- Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
