We are an established cosmetic dental practice located at The Star in Frisco, known for delivering high\-level smile transformations and elevated patient experiences. As we continue expanding our brand, including our Austin satellite office, Veneer Lounge, we are looking for a transformational leader who can help elevate both people and performance.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to connect deeply with both patients and teams, create alignment, drive accountability, and help scale excellence across multiple locations.

- Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: Remote Leadership/Admin Day
- $65,000–$75,000 annually based on leadership experience and fit
