We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities

  • Manage day\-to\-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents
  • Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, managing multi\-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer support
  • Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing files
  • Assist with clerical tasks like typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining organization of digital and physical files
  • Provide customer service via phone and email, ensuring professional phone etiquette and timely responses
  • Support personal assistant tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping practices
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as multi\-line phones and front desk systems is preferred
  • Willing to train the right person

    Pay: $15\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
