Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail\-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage schedules, handle clerical tasks with precision, and contribute to a positive office environment. Duties

  • Greet visitors professionally at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently
  • Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with meeting preparations
  • Handle correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy, and perform clerical duties such as photocopying and faxing
  • Support office management activities including supply inventory, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client or patient needs as a medical or dental receptionist if applicable
  • Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively
  • Strong typing skills along with excellent proofreading capabilities
  • Experience with data entry, filing systems, and general clerical tasks in an office environment
  • Knowledge of office management procedures, including calendar management and time management strategies
  • Personal assistant experience or receptionist background is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism
  • Must align morals and values with the statement of faith
