We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and ensure smooth administrative flow throughout the day. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, filing documents and managing office supplies
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, calendar management, appointment scheduling, and proofreading documents
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
  • Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong clerical skills
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated experience with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping practices such as QuickBooks is desirable
  • Previous personal assistant or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
