We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Staff member to join our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer support
  • Operate phone system, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organization using tools like Google Workspace
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office and customer records
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial record keeping
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and preparing reports or correspondence
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and team members
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, professionalism, and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately with attention to detail
  • Previous experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is a plus
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Ability to earn customers via leads and cold calls
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable in the construction field with the availability to work in the field as needed. New hire will be responsible for inside sales, scheduling, bookkeeping, and client communication.

    Starting pay will be $300/wk with the potential to earn more as this position will also earn commission

    \-Fuel/gas reimbursement when working in field, running errands, and/or parts

    Pay: From $300\.00 per week
