Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing multi\-line phone systems with courtesy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information promptly
- Manage office operations including data entry, filing, calendar management, and document proofreading to ensure smooth daily workflows
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), and QuickBooks for administrative tasks such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and record keeping
- Support office management activities by maintaining organized files, handling clerical tasks like typing and proofreading, and assisting with administrative projects
- Answer phone calls using proper phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately or taking messages as needed
- Assist with medical or dental receptionist duties when applicable, including appointment scheduling and patient support
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Prior experience with customer service in a fast\-paced environment; bilingual ability is a plus for serving diverse clients
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional phone etiquette attitude
- Ability to handle data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for specific duties such as calendar management or bookkeeping
