We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization.   • Greet visitors, patients and clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Schedule appointments for multiple physical therapists, physical therapist assistant, and Pilates instructor
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accurate record keeping and organization.
  • Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, WebPT
  • Support clerical tasks
  • Prior office experience or administrative support experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in customer service or customer support roles that involve direct interaction with clients, patients or visitors.
  • Familiarity with front desk responsibilities in medical or dental offices is a plus; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, bookkeeping basics
