You will cold\-outreach US GCs, developers, and builders to pitch our procurement service. The goal of every conversation: get plans/specs sent to our estimating team. From there, we build the bid and you present \+ close.You are the front of the funnel for a brand\-new business line.HOURS REQUIREMENTUS\-facing sales requires real\-time availability during US Pacific business hours (8am\-5pm PT). You will be on the phone with US executives during their business hours. If you are in the Philippines, this is night shift (\~11pm\-8am PHT). We need a sharp coordinator with real engineering chops to own production and the plans pipeline end\-to\-end.THE ROLEYou will own two pipelines:1\. Plans pipeline — from sale closed through permit submitted. Review drafter work, coordinate engineering, submit to city.2\. Production pipeline — from permit issued through final inspection passed. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all phases of construction projects, from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and milestones.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure resource availability and optimal utilization.
  • Prepare and review construction estimates using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools to support budgeting processes.
  • Oversee contract administration, including reviewing contracts, change orders, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software to facilitate document control, RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
  • Monitor project progress on\-site (when applicable) or remotely by analyzing reports, conducting virtual inspections, and coordinating site activities.
  • Manage project timelines effectively through strong time management skills while maintaining clear communication channels among all stakeholders.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction or civil engineering roles with a focus on project coordination or production management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and familiarity with Primavera P6 or Primavera P3 for scheduling.
  • Hands\-on experience with construction site activities or remote site supervision is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of contracts, project documentation, and compliance standards within the construction industry.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
