Responsibilities
- Assist with property listings, marketing efforts, and promotional campaigns to attract potential buyers and tenants
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client appointments with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and data entry to keep operations running smoothly
- Support negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate successful transactions
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws throughout all processes
- Maintain organized records of transactions, contracts, and client communications for easy access and audit readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients’ interests
- Proficiency in marketing strategies to promote properties across various channels
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse client bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills for clear interactions with clients, team members, and external partners
- Knowledge of property management practices and real estate law to ensure legal compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Previous real estate administrative experience is highly desirable to hit the ground running
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations to promote equitable housing opportunities
