#### Work Schedule
PT 28 hours per week. Monday 10:30 a.m. \-5 p.m., Tuesday\-Friday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (12 to 6 p.m. during peak registration months.) This position is primarily located at the Donley Center in Allentown, but may require travel to other sites.

Summary:
The position will serve as a resource and guide to assist students through the various steps required to become a registered LCCC student. The Enrollment Generalist performs varied general clerical and receptionist duties to maintain the operation of the site office while working closely with students seeking admission to the college, completing placement testing, financial aid paperwork, and enrolling in courses. Externally, this position will concentrate on greeting and welcoming students/visitors and community members. Internally, this position will focus on providing support to the Offices of Admissions, Advising, Business, Financial Aid, Registration/Student Records, Testing Center, Workforce Training, and Community Resources. This job entails heavy customer contact, including but not limited to face\-to\-face, virtual, or telephone contact. This position will report directly to the Site Supervisor\-Donley Center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as a guide for students who have applied for admission, assisting them through the necessary steps to complete the registration process.
- Guides English Language Learners (ELL) as they navigate the non\-credit and credit application process.
- Proctors college placement tests, makeup exams, and distance learning tests.
- Schedules students for placement testing, financial aid, admissions, and advising appointments.
- Accesses, inputs, and retrieves information from multiple software systems.
- Stays updated with deadlines, regulations, and policies regarding financial aid, tuition payment, and class registration.
- Directs students to campus resources, offices, and services when they need further assistance achieving their academic goals.
- Creates payment plans; accepts tuition, non\-credit registration, and other
- Greets visitors and prospective students, guiding them to the appropriate classrooms and offices.
- Guides students during College events at assigned sites, such as Open House, FAFSA workshops, Summer Information Sessions, and other student programs.
- Assist with inventory, stock, and usage data for the Donley Center’s Cougar Cabinet program
- Assist faculty and staff with daily operations and provide general information about college resources and procedures.
- Performs clerical functions and office organization.
- Updates the Donley Center’s social media website.
- Reports equipment and building maintenance/repairs to the Donley Center Site Supervisor.
- Updates the Enrollment Generalist operations manual
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Act 153 Clearances (Act 34 PA Criminal Background, Act 151 PA Child Abuse History, Act 114 FBI Clearance Fingerprinting)
- Two years of office experience to perform the essential duties of the job successfully.
- Bilingual (Spanish), must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
- Minimum of two years of experience working directly in a fast\-paced office setting, and the ability to work with frequent interruptions.
- Must have the ability to adjust to various work responsibilities and schedules as necessary.
- Must be familiar with Google Workspace, MS Office, and operating general office equipment.
- Must be able to preserve the confidentiality of student records and materials.
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills to interact positively with students, parents, faculty, and staff.
- Must possess a high level of the following work skills and behaviors: teamwork/cooperation, initiative, customer service, and commitment to continuous professional growth in skills and knowledge.
- Higher education experience
- Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
