Neuro Connections, Psychological Services is seeking a Bilingual, reliable, organized, and personable Secretary/Assistant to join our growing mental health practice. This is a hybrid position ideal for someone passionate about psychology, mental health, and helping others. The position will be hybrid , virtual (Mondays and Fridays) with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in office required. The office assistant duties are:
Answering and returning phones calls courteously and compassionately
Patient scheduling
Organize therapists schedule
Insurance verification
Coordinate referrals
Understand and abide by HIPPA guidelines
Coordinate office operations and organization
Manage and maintain Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, including client data entry, documentation organization, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Job Type: Part\-time
Pay: $15\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour
