What You'll be Doing:

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed and shipped on time. You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and shipping processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This entry\-level position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in supply chain operations by supporting the team and learning foundational skills.

Our Location: 820 Bear Tavern Road Ewing, NJ 08628 \- 820 Bear Tavern Rd \- Google Maps

Hours: 8:00 a.m. \- 5:00 p.m., Monday \- Friday

Key Tasks:

  • Accurately enter orders into the system.
  • Perform order administration tasks.
  • Assist with preparing packages for shipment.
  • Coordinate with third\-party vendors for order fulfillment.
  • Support inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain operational documents and records.
  • Assist in demand planning under supervision.
  • Ensure customer service standards are met.
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries.
  • Help with general administrative duties as needed.
  • You're a Great Fit if You Have:

  • 2\+ years of experience in corporate filings, legal compliance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Illinois corporate statutes and Secretary of State procedures (preferred)
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in using order entry software.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in order processing.
  • Customer Service: Basic understanding of customer service principles.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Basic Inventory Management: Understanding of inventory checks and reporting.
  • Documentation: Ability to maintain and organize operational documents.

    Compensation:

    $32,600\.00 \- $54,650\.00 USD Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
