The Milner Team is a growing real estate team in Cape Coral led by a third\-generation local Realtor. We are looking for a sharp, organized, tech\-comfortable person to be the operational backbone of our team. You will learn real estate from the inside out, work directly with the team lead, and have a clear path to getting licensed and earning real money in the industry if you want it.

What You Will Do

You will be the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes so our agents can focus on helping clients buy and sell homes. Think of it as team operations manager in training.

Day\-to\-day responsibilities:

  • Manage transaction files from contract to closing — track deadlines, collect documents, coordinate with lenders, title companies, and agents
  • Keep our CRM (Lofty) organized — update lead statuses, log notes, make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Monitor agent follow\-up — track who is working their leads, who is not, and flag it
  • Confirm appointments, coordinate schedules, and make sure calls happen on time
  • Answer the team phone and handle inbound inquiries when agents are unavailable
  • Prepare daily and weekly pipeline reports so the team lead knows exactly where every deal stands
  • Coordinate with our virtual ISA on lead routing and handoffs
  • Help with listing coordination — schedule photography, manage showing feedback, update listing statuses
  • General team support — whatever needs to get done to keep the machine running
  • Who You Are

  • Organized to a fault — you make checklists, you track deadlines, you do not forget things
  • Tech\-comfortable — you can learn new software quickly (CRM, Google Workspace, project management tools)
  • Reliable — you show up on time, you do what you say you will do, you do not need to be micromanaged
  • Good communicator — professional on the phone, clear in writing, comfortable talking to clients and agents
  • Self\-starter — when you see something that needs to be done, you do it without waiting to be told
  • Interested in real estate — you do not need experience, but you should be curious about the industry
  • Bonus points (not required):

  • Florida real estate license (or willing to get one — we will help)
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, title, or mortgage
  • Experience with CRMs or transaction management platforms
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus
  • What We Offer

  • $14 \- $16/hour depending on experience
  • $150 \- $250 bonus per transaction file you manage to closing

The Milner Team at Florida Future Realty is a family\-owned, independent brokerage in Cape Coral. Three generations of Milners have been in SWFL real estate. We are not a franchise and we are not a giant corporate office. We are a local team that uses modern marketing, AI tools, and real systems to help people buy and sell homes across Southwest Florida.

We currently have 5\+ agents, a virtual ISA, an active YouTube channel with 230,000\+ views, and a growing brand. We are looking for the right person to help us take the next step.
