What You’ll Do
- Provide high\-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families based on your clinical strengths.
- Maintain a hybrid caseload with in\-person sessions in our Tampa office and telehealth sessions.
- Complete timely, accurate documentation.
- Deliver ethical, evidence\-based care and thoughtful treatment planning.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and provide excellent client care.
- Collaborate with a warm, professional team in a supportive group practice environment.
- Fully licensed in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, warmth, and sound clinical judgment.
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team.
- Availability for in\-person work in Broward County plus telehealth.
- Experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Experience in insurance\-based practice.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Interest in building a long\-term home in a supportive group practice.
- Your caseload builds over time, with steady referral support and a natural ramp\-up period as your schedule fills.

Compensation \& Benefits (True W\-2 Employee)
We believe in a transparent compensation model with a clear, earned path for growth.
* High Earning Potential: Licensed clinicians earn 60% of net collections, paid bi\-weekly. Realistic full\-time annualized earnings of $70,000–$98,000\+ at 24–30\+ sessions/week, depending on payer mix.
* 401(k) with Employer Match available to all employees after just 90 days — even while building part\-time.
* Zero Overhead: We handle 100% of billing, credentialing, scheduling, and collections.
* Path to Full Benefits: Once you reach consistent full\-time status (approximately 24 clinical sessions per week), transition to salaried with our comprehensive benefits package — Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (100% employer\-paid premiums for full\-time employees), Paid Time Off (13 days in Year 1, increasing to 26 days thereafter), and all federal holidays off.
