Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive organizational climate through effective communication skills.
- Oversee performance management processes such as employee evaluations, goal setting, and development planning to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organization design, workforce management strategies, and strategic planning efforts.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM; generate reports for data collection and analysis.
- Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting strategies, employee orientation programs, training \& development initiatives, and talent management practices.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as iCIMS, Taleo, Paylocity, UltiPro, ADP, or Ceridian to streamline HR processes.
- Knowledge of employment law regulations including FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and contracts management.
- Experience utilizing HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft for data collection and reporting purposes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
