Part\-Time Office Clerk

SecuriMax Inc. – Hutto, TX / Round Rock, TX

Job Type: Part\-time

Pay: $10\.00 – $12\.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 20 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, flexible)

Overview

SecuriMax Inc., a locally owned security and smart home company serving the Central Texas area, is looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Part\-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone seeking a consistent part\-time schedule with flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
  • Organize files and handle general office administrative tasks
  • Support office staff and management as needed
  • Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred (not required)
