Responsibilities

  • Manage clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phone calls promptly and returning voicemails and text messages timely
  • Handle daily postings on social media
  • Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders efficiently
  • Support accurate financial tracking
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting client needs
  • Assist with office management duties such as general administrative tasks
  • Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports and correspondence

  • Requirements

  • Proven office experience with clerical duties such as , data entry, booking appointments and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills, including experience with multi\-line phone systems
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Personal assistant to the VP with exceptional updating on feedback to daily activity
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Manage billing and invoicing
  • Work professionally with our craftsman to help build their schedules depending on skillset.
  • Maintain the growth of our team, interviewing and managing needed documents on each sub\- contractor
