Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival
- Manage guest check\-in and check\-out procedures efficiently using multi\-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, cancellations, and special requests with attention to detail
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines, ensuring prompt and courteous communication at all times
- Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively
- Support hotel management in administrative tasks related to front desk operations and guest services
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required; on\-the\-job training will be provided
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi\-line phone systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest relations, phone etiquette, and resort operations, is a plus
