We are a physician\-owned family with multiple businesses and properties looking for an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support our household and day\-to\-day operations.
This role reports directly to both parents and requires someone who can help manage our businesses, run the household, coordinate schedules, and provide childcare as part of the overall responsibilities. You'll be involved in a little bit of everything — and that's the point.
Our oldest is a young adult taking classes who does not drive and benefits from a mature, structured presence in the home.
If you've worked as an executive assistant, office manager, or personal assistant and want a role with variety, autonomy, and real responsibility — this is it.
What You'll Do:
\- Support day\-to\-day operations across multiple businesses and properties
\- Manage family and business calendars, appointments, and scheduling
\- Handle vendor, tenant, and contractor communication as needed
\- Fill out applications, forms, and paperwork as directed
\- Order supplies and items online for the household and businesses
\- Plan and coordinate events and activities
\- Coordinate property and business\-related tasks as directed
\- Handle errands — pickups, drop\-offs, returns, shopping, whatever needs to get done
\- Drop off and pick up children from camps, sports, activities, and school
\- Provide transportation for oldest as needed (classes, appointments)
\- Meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking for the kids
\- Keep the kitchen, common areas, and household organized
\- Dog care — feeding, walks, vet drop\-off/pickup as needed
\- Track and reorder household supplies
\- Receive and organize packages and deliveries
\- Communicate proactively — keep us informed without needing to be asked
\- Track receipts, log expenses, and organize invoices as needed
\- Anything else that helps the household and family run smoothly
What We're Looking For:
\- 2\+ years experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, office manager, or similar role
\- Tech savvy — comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Drive), apps, and learning new tools quickly
\- Customer service skills — you may interact with vendors, tenants, contractors, and service providers on our behalf
\- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting schedules
\- Mature, reliable, and on time — every single day
\- A self\-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently
\- Comfortable with children of all ages and with running a household
\- Pet\-friendly
\- Strong verbal and written communication skills — you'll be talking to vendors, writing emails, and representing us professionally
\- Focused — phone stays away while the work gets done
\- Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
\- Discreet and trustworthy — this role involves access to our home, family, and business operations. Confidentiality is non\-negotiable
\- Background check required
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent, meaningful work with a family that values dependability, initiative, and trust. We're looking for a long\-term fit — not a temporary position.
