Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech\-savvy individual. The primary responsibilities are to support our CEO / Founder as an Executive Assistant. This role includes calendar management, travel coordination, and ensuring the CEO’s day\-to\-day operations run smoothly.
  • You will play a key role in keeping the CEO organized, optimizing scheduling and travel, and supporting light content creation for our social media channels.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, mission\-driven environment and enjoys balancing administrative support with creative and digital tasks.
  • In addition, this person will provide
  • general administrative support across the organization, helping maintain systems, documents, and internal workflows.

  • This is a part\-time, remote position ideal for someone who is detail\-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a mission\-driven environment.
  • The secondary role is Office Manager. Supporting the COO, VP of Operations and Head of Production.
  • Key Responsibilities

    Executive Support (primary focus)

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and priorities
  • Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Organize inbox and assist with light email correspondence
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow\-ups as needed
  • Travel Coordination

  • Book and manage domestic and international travel
  • Create clear, detailed travel itineraries
  • Monitor changes and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Administrative \& Operational Support (secondary focus)

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and organization
  • Maintain digital files, systems, and internal records
  • Support internal coordination and basic operational workflows
  • Assist with light research and information gathering as needed
  • Qualifications

  • 2\+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager (or similar role)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent writing skills (especially for social \+ emails)
  • Thoughtful communicator
  • Tech\-savvy: comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Calendly, Notion, Canva, CRM (NeonOne), AI usage and implementation
  • Experience with social media content creation or scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
  • Passion for nonprofit, social impact, and/or documentary storytelling is a big plus
