Position Summary

We are seeking a Part\-Time Assistant Property Manager based in Colorado to assist with physical property support across our Colorado facilities located in:

* Aurora

* Denver

* Conifer

* Colorado Springs

This role requires local travel between locations and will also provide remote operational support across the BriteLock portfolio, assisting facilities in Utah and Arizona when needed.

This is a part\-time role (up to 16 hours per week) ideal for someone looking for flexible work while supporting multiple self\-storage locations.

What You’ll Be Doing On\-Site Property Support (Colorado Locations)

Conduct routine property walkthroughs and report site conditions

Take and submit property photos during site visits

Inspect facility cleanliness, lighting, gates, and signage

Assist with basic maintenance coordination and vendor follow\-up

Ensure properties remain clean, safe, and move\-in ready

Perform overlocks and assist with delinquency lock checks when needed

Assist with minor facility tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and reporting maintenance issues

Virtual \& Administrative Support (Portfolio\-Wide)

Assist tenants with general account questions, payments, and rental inquiries

Support customer service requests for other BriteLock locations when needed

Maintain accurate tenant records and documentation

Assist with collection calls and account follow\-up when assigned

Respond to customer inquiries within company service timelines

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and self\-motivated with the ability to work independently

Comfortable performing light physical work such as walking properties, sweeping, lifting, and minor tasks

Strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers professionally

Tech\-comfortable and able to use web\-based systems and mobile tools

Reliable transportation required for travel between Colorado stores

Ability to travel to Aurora, Denver, Conifer, and Colorado Springs

Preferred but not required:

Experience in self\-storage, property management, or facilities

Bilingual English/Spanish

Employment Structure

W2 Employee

Part\-time position with up to 16 hours per week

Mileage reimbursement provided when traveling between Colorado facilities
