The Role

We’re hiring a Listing Coordinator to manage the listing side of our agents’ transactions

from the moment a property is signed up through to “active” and beyond. You’ll be the

engine that keeps listings organized, compliant, and moving — handling MLS input,

paperwork, vendor coordination, and seller communication so our agents can keep selling.

What You’ll Do

Build and input new listings into Stellar MLS, SWFL MLS, and Naples MLS

Prepare and send listing agreements, seller disclosures, and addenda using FAR/BAR

forms

Coordinate photographers, signage, lockboxes, and showing services

Manage broker compliance and ensure complete, audit\-ready files

Communicate professionally with sellers, agents, title companies, and vendors

Track price reductions, status changes, expirations, and renewals

Keep all records current in aframe and Google Suite

Be a calm, organized point of contact when things move fast

What We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience as a transaction coordinator, real estate assistant, or brokerage

admin

Working knowledge of Florida real estate contracts (FAR/BAR)

Experience with at least one MLS system (Stellar, SWFL, or Naples a big plus)

Comfort with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)

Strong written communication — you write clearly, professionally, and warmly

Detail\-oriented, deadline\-driven, and self\-managing

Reliable home office: quiet workspace, fast internet, dual monitors preferred

Florida\-based preferred

Bonus points for:

Active Florida real estate license

Prior experience with aframe software

Familiarity with the SWFL or Naples markets

Compensation \& Schedule

$18/hour, full\-time

Standard business hours, Monday–Friday (some flexibility available)

Paid time off and holidays

Fully remote — work from anywhere in Florida
