We are looking for a full\-time team member. Monday\-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm or part\-time from 8:30am to 12:30pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm. We offer raises after 90 days on the job (and on a regularly scheduled basis afterward). Job Duties Include:
· Answering a multi\-line phone system for several dozen companies
· Follow a detailed call handling procedure for each client
· Scheduling Appointments, filling out intake forms and taking messages
· Sorting and filing mail, mail scanning and uploading
· Logging packages and client drop\-offs
· Greeting visitors and clients to the office in a professional and friendly manner
· Data entry and programming phone software
· Administrative duties such as ordering and maintaining supplies for the office, light cleaning of conference rooms and main areas, maintaining a filing system and tracking client usage
· Responding promptly to emails and messages
· Programming new client services
· Witness and Notarize documents for clients
· Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance

Working conditions
Job requires direct client interaction and sitting in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time. Interruptions and job responsibilities will move s/he away from the front desk as necessary to sort and distribute mail, reset conference rooms and offices, and witness and notarize for clients. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and look at a computer screen.
Physical requirements
Light cleaning duties are expected such as wiping down conference room tables, dusting as needed, brewing coffee in the morning, adjusting conference room chairs, wiping out microwave and fridge periodically etc. Retrieving packages for clients, must be able to carry up to 25 pounds.
