Responsibilities

  • Assist with property tours, lease signings, and tenant onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord\-tenant laws
  • Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content in Mandarin and English to promote property amenities and community events
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms, providing excellent customer service in both languages
  • Support lease administration tasks including data entry, filing, contract preparation, and maintaining accurate records using Yardi or OneSite property management software
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to facilitate property upkeep and address resident requests efficiently
  • Uphold conflict management standards by resolving tenant concerns diplomatically and professionally
  • Assist with marketing initiatives such as upselling available units and promoting lease renewals to maximize occupancy rates
  • Experience

  • Previous experience in property management or real estate administrative roles preferred
  • Strong understanding of landlord\-tenant law and legal administrative procedures related to leasing
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict situations effectively
  • Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and general administrative tasks required
  • Experience in social media marketing or content creation is advantageous
  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for effective communication with diverse residents and prospects
