- Operate multi\-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls promptly.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks accounting software.
- Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, vendors, and team members with inquiries and support needs.
- Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting bookkeeping activities such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and document preparation.
- Experience with office management systems including phone systems and calendar management tools.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus for handling financial transactions.
- Previous office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong customer service and administrative capabilities.
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required; training provided if needed.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
