The Opportunity
Mind Soul Mental Health Counseling, PLLC, is seeking dedicated LMHC\-LPs to join our team. We bridge the gap between graduation and full licensure by providing a steady stream of client referrals, a stable income, and the clinical support you need to excel. We provide a guaranteed ramp\-up period, with an expected caseload of 15–20 clients within your first 30 days. We are committed to your growth and want to help you reach your 3,000\-hour goal with confidence.

- Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.
- NYS Limited Permit (LMHC\-LP), (or proof of pending application).
- Reliability: Strong time\-management skills to handle a hybrid schedule (Remote \+ In\-Person).
- Clinical Mindset: A commitment to cultural humility and providing patient\-centered care.
- Hourly Rate: $25\.00 – $30\.00 per hour.
