Client Service Coordinator

Role Summary:

The Client Service Coordinator will help manage a portfolio of clients and support the coordination of consulting engagements, ensuring the expectations of all stakeholders are successfully met.

The successful candidate will have strong client relation skills, including exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly respond to and anticipate the needs of clients. S/he will possess the ability to adapt and multi\-task in a fast\-paced environment and will have sharp critical\-thinking and problem\-solving skills. This is a hybrid role (3\-days per week in the office).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, engage with internal stakeholders and Fortune 500 clients to understand needs and support new business development opportunities.
  • Coordinate consulting engagements – including determining scope, coordinating stakeholder schedules, and reviewing deliverables.
  • Ensure resolution of client problems – including solving problems related to scheduling, billing, operational issues, and other administrative issues.
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding of consultants and clients.
  • Organize and manage information in Salesforces.
  • Qualifications:

  • A customer success\-oriented approach, with the ability to use tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities with accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt and work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to commute to and work in our Downtown Minneapolis office.
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
