  • This position pays between $63,100 \- $108,000/yr based on experience

    The Central Operations Analytics Analyst supports operational decision‑making by developing and analyzing data related to operational workflows and key performance indicators across Central Operations. The role contributes to performance monitoring and reporting by partnering closely with Operations and serving as a technical resource for analytics and report development. Develops, monitors, and trends operational data to measure workflow performance and outcomes. Utilizes Excel, Power Query, SQL, and Databricks to design, build, and maintain analytical outputs and reports. Supports report development efforts by translating operational requirements into reliable data solutions. Performs technical work across phases of the applications development lifecycle to ensure accuracy, usability, and consistency of analytics deliverables.

    Job Functions:

  • Identifying, developing, and validating the appropriate technological solution for various reporting needs
  • Conduct routine analysis and tests of various components of reports to ensure proper processes yield expected results
  • Manage ad\-hoc \& recurring reports and analyses for site leaders and key business partners
  • Provide insight to decision makers in the organization using analyses of past performance
  • Analyze data to measure effectiveness of business processes and assist with development of reporting
  • Identify, investigate, track, and resolve errors ensuring the solutions are timely and of acceptable quality
  • Must be able to handle potentially stressful situations and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborates with business partners to gain a deep understanding of business problem/need to ensure that we are creating the right solutions for our organization
  • Deliver a professional, customer focused and high performing service
  • Ability to empathize with internal stakeholders to facilitate key decisions
  • Evidence of independent research, and analytical, problem\-solving skills
  • Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 2\+ years of data interpretation and analysis experience
  • Microsoft Excel Advanced knowledge: Power Query and vlookups/hlookups
  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
  • Intermediate SQL(joins and derived tables)
  • 1 to 3 years job experience
  • Minimum Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Required Certifications:

  • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
