Core Required Skills and Competencies:
- Multilingual is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills. Sales experience preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as productivity goals must be met.
- Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects.
- Proficient in CRM is a plus
- Build and manage the local sales team.
- Provide leadership, manage and expand the company’s customer base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans.
- Negotiate rates and build relationships with the customer base.
- Constant business development while achieving monthly and yearly team targets
- Consistent weekly off\-site client appointments.
- Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer requirements are met.
- Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must.
- Assure teams compliance with Falcon Logistics Global given procedures and processes.
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with supervising responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and develop talent through training \& development programs
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse customer interactions
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, customer service excellence, and employee orientation techniques
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding Industry (NVOCC), Ocean Carriers / Airlines relations, pricing strategies, and math fundamentals
- Experience with marketing initiatives including promotional planning and sales is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities.
