  • Develop project management artifacts, action trackers, meeting agendas, decision logs, briefing decks, executive summaries, and recurring leadership updates.
  • Analyze workload, performance, and program data to identify trends, measure progress, support decision\-making, and recommend improvements to policy and planning operations.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams in a virtual environment while maintaining accountability for deadlines, quality control, and stakeholder expectations.
  • SharePoint Site Creation, Knowledge Management \& Digital Enablement

  • Design, build, maintain, and improve SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, lists, metadata structures, permissions, navigation, and content governance processes.

  • Process Improvement \& Standard Operating Procedures

  • Assess current\-state business processes, document future\-state workflows, and recommend process improvements that improve timeliness, quality, consistency, and customer experience.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain SOPs, desk guides, process maps, checklists, quality control tools, templates, and repeatable operating models for policy and planning functions.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate duplication, streamline approvals, standardize data collection, improve handoffs, and strengthen internal controls.
  • Facilitate process mapping sessions, requirements gathering, user acceptance feedback, and lessons\-learned reviews with stakeholders across OCHCO and DHS components.
