Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via multi\-line phone systems, email, and in\-person interactions
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional reception area
  • Utilize computer skills to perform data entry, update customer records, and manage office management software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files for easy retrieval
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff using Microsoft Office tools and Google Calendar
  • Handle clerical duties including typing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and supporting administrative projects
  • Provide bilingual support when needed to ensure clear communication with diverse clients and team members
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office environments or as a receptionist, with strong clerical and administrative skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, office management procedures, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks is preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast\-paced setting
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
  • Prior experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of proofreading documents accurately
  • Experience with calendar management tools and office software enhances your ability to succeed in this role
