Belmont, NC \| Fully Onsite \- No remote/hybrid work available \| Monday\-Friday, 8:00\-4:30

Pay: $20\-23/hour (commensurate with experience)

The Role

  • We're looking for a Procurement Assistant who is comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, pricing data, and who enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways to source and track materials.
  • This role supports purchasing and operations by maintaining accurate data, reviewing costs, communicating with vendors, and helping ensure we're making informed purchasing decisions.
  • This is not

  • an entry\-level admin role. Prior experience working with purchasing, pricing, or operational data is important.
  • What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and manage purchasing spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Review pricing, cost analysis, and vendor quotes
  • Identify opportunities for improved pricing or cost savings
  • Support purchase orders and vendor communication
  • Track orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory reporting
  • Review invoices and support AP/AR matching
  • Keep procurement records organized and accurate
  • Communicate clearly with operations, accounting, and leadership
  • What We're Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / Google Workspace
  • Comfort working with pricing data and cost comparisons
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in a collaborative office environment
  • Experience That Helps:

  • Procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or operations support
  • Inventory tracking or vendor management
  • Administrative or office experience involving data accuracy
  • AP/AR or invoice review experience
