P2 Property Management is seeking a Full\-Time Assistant Leasing Manager to join our team. The assistant leasing manager will assist management in effectively leasing apartment homes. Required Hours: Monday\- Friday 10:00\- 5:30 and every other Saturday 10:00\-2:00\.

As a leading residential property management company, P2 Property Management oversees apartment communities situated in some of the most strategically located neighborhoods throughout southeastern Wisconsin. This opportunity will be based at our properties in Mequon.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests and current residents
• Field phone calls and emails from prospective residents
• Schedules showings and answers questions
• Giving tours of the community and available apartments
• Support and assist with marketing and outreach efforts at the property
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
• Assist manager with day to day operations and communications with current residents.

Qualifications:

• Punctual
• High school diploma/GED
• Customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: From $23\.00 per hour
