About Us: ONE Mobile Drug Testing (American Green Spring Diagnostics Inc.) is a premier, fast\-growing occupational health and compliance clinic located in the San Dimas industrial corridor. We provide rapid drug/alcohol screening, DNA testing, and OSHA compliance services to hundreds of local logistics, transportation, and manufacturing companies. We are expanding our clinic services to include in\-house DOT Physicals and are looking for an energetic, FMCSA\-certified Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team as our Chief Medical Examiner.

The Opportunity: Are you tired of dealing with insurance billing, personal injury attorneys, and marketing for new patients? We do 100% of the marketing and scheduling for you.

We utilize a "Block Scheduling" model. You come to our modern, clean San Dimas clinic for 1 to 2 dedicated shifts per week (e.g., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM). We stack your schedule with commercial drivers. You perform the DOT physicals, hand the paperwork to our front desk, and go home. No insurance headaches—just straightforward occupational health exams and guaranteed 1099 compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
• Determine driver fitness for duty and issue Medical Examiner’s Certificates (MEC).
• Accurately document exam findings and collaborate with our clinic staff for seamless FMCSA Clearinghouse reporting.
• Maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for our corporate clients.

Required Qualifications:

* Active License: Must hold a valid and unencumbered Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) license in the State of California.

* FMCSA Certification: MUST be actively registered on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) with a valid registry number.

* Insurance: Must carry your own active professional liability/malpractice insurance.

• Strong understanding of current DOT/FMCSA medical guidelines and disqualifying conditions.
• Excellent bedside manner and efficiency (our corporate clients value speed and accuracy).

Compensation \& Perks:

* Lucrative Per\-Exam Rate: Earn $45\.00 to $55\.00 per completed physical.

* Guaranteed Shift Minimum: We respect your time. Even if there are cancellations, we offer a guaranteed baseline minimum per shift (e.g., $150 minimum guarantee per block) just for being on\-site.

* Zero Overhead: We provide the fully equipped exam room, the medical supplies (urinalysis dips, BP cuffs, vision charts), and the administrative staff.

* Flexible Growth: As our DOT physical volume grows, there is ample opportunity to add more blocks to your schedule.

Schedule:

• 1 to 2 days per week (Specific days and times to be mutually agreed upon, preferably morning/early afternoon blocks).
