Part-Time IT / Website / Camera Support Technician

Transportation Solutions \& Lighting (TS\&L) is looking for a sharp, dependable Part\-Time IT / Website / Camera Support Technician to help support our growing technology and field operations business.

We work with security cameras, emergency communication systems, access control, networking equipment, websites, online advertising, and smart technology solutions throughout Florida and the Southeast.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage basic website updates and assist with online ads from our existing contractors
• Configure cameras, NVRs, routers, switches, and Wi\-Fi systems
• Prepare incoming equipment for deployment
• Label, organize, and inventory technology equipment
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, email, passwords, and user issues
• Assist with camera systems and remote viewing setups
• Configure and set up software platforms for customers
• Keep our office and warehouse technology running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• 2\+ years of experience in IT support, website support, CCTV, low voltage, or networking
• Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technology
• Basic website knowledge preferred
• Experience with cameras / NVR systems preferred
• Basic networking knowledge: routers, switches, Wi\-Fi
• Organized, self\-motivated, and reliable
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work independently and solve problems

Bonus Skills:

• WordPress or Webflow experience
• Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads experience
• Ubiquiti / UniFi experience
• Microsoft 365 admin knowledge
• Access control experience
• Field tech or low\-voltage background
