Your Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll:
- Conduct assessments (VB\-MAPP, ABLLS\-R, AFLS, etc.)
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Use data\-driven ABA strategies to promote skill acquisition
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
- Experience in ABA therapy, early intervention, or autism services preferred
- Compassionate, organized, and team\-oriented
- $85–$120/hr (based on experience)
