Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Administrative File Clerk and become the backbone of Score Sports office operations! Essential Duties

  • Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage incoming calls using multi\-line phone systems, providing professional customer support and directing inquiries appropriately
  • Assist with data entry tasks, including updating records in QuickBooks and other office management software
  • Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, handling mail, and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in filing and document management
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Filing Clerk or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using filing systems and document management software
  • Prior office experience with a strong background in clerical or administrative roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
  • Strong typing skills coupled with good time management to meet deadlines efficiently
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor
