DUI Defense Attorney (Corvallis, OR)

What We Offer

  • $125,000–$150,000 base salary \+ performance bonuses and origination/rainmaking incentives

    $125,000 \- $150,000 annual salary \+ bonus

    Responsibilities:What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload of 25–40 DUI and related criminal defense matters
  • Counsel clients with clarity, empathy, and strategic insight and execute case strategies aligned with client goals
  • Represent clients at arraignments, hearings, and trials
  • Handle DMV administrative hearings and license suspension matters
  • Draft motions, conduct legal research, and argue in court
  • Participate in ongoing DUI defense training and skill development
  • Contribute to business development using proven firm systems (“rainmaking”)
  • Mentor and support junior attorneys
  • Qualifications:What You Bring

  • J.D. from an ABA\-accredited law school and active membership in the Oregon State Bar (in good standing)
  • 5\+ years of criminal law experience (defense, prosecution, or judicial), including trial experience
  • DUI defense and/or felony case experience
  • Courtroom confidence and sound judgment under pressure
  • Experience in Willamette Valley, Eugene\-area, Coastal, or Portland Metro courts
  • Spanish fluency preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
