Duties
- Greet visitors and answer multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and warmth, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing office flow
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to ensure accurate record keeping
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies to keep the workspace organized
- Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and general administrative tasks
- Handle basic bookkeeping responsibilities and assist with office\-related projects to streamline daily operations
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Prior experience in customer service or reception roles such as dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems and providing professional support over the phone
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document management
- Ability to multitask efficiently while demonstrating excellent time management skills
- Personal assistant experience or office experience that includes calendar management, bookkeeping, or office organization is advantageous
