Overview
I am seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operations of our office by managing the financial records for a few related enterprises. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, tech\-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day\-to\-day bookkeeping tasks using Quicken and QuickBooks, including the reconciliation of various accounts and bank reconciliations
- Retention of records with the scanning of supporting documentation and downloading statements and other documents and storing all these in our electronic storage system
- Assist with maintaining office supplies
- Support personal assistant duties as needed
- Proficiency in Quicken, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for data entry, proofreading, and record keeping
- Previous experience with oil and gas accounting is advantageous but not required
