Job Summary

Brewery Blocks Lofts, Hunt Mottet Lofts and Sandberg on the Ave is currently looking for a reliable, experienced Assistant Property Manager. This position requires a committed individual with excellent people skills. Brewery Blocks Lofts and Hunt Mottet Lofts are luxury lofts currently available and Sandberg on the Ave another luxurious 10 story apartment building in the heart of downtown Tacoma will be available for occupancy in August 2026\. Developed by Horizon Partners Northwest Inc., Brewery Blocks Lofts, Hunt Mottet Lofts and Sandberg on the Ave are one of many re\-development projects in Tacoma completed by Horizon and is owner managed. In this vital role, you will support the overall operations of residential or commercial properties, ensuring smooth daily functions, exceptional tenant relations, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help foster a positive community environment while maximizing property performance. Responsibilities

  • .Marketing vacant units;
  • Touring prospective residents;
  • Assessing Applications in accordance with anti\-discrimination laws;
  • Preparation of Lease \& Amendments and Renewals;
  • Updating Yardi \& Rentredi
  • Processing Accts Rec/Payable invoices
  • Review \& Approve monthly Submeter Solutions tenant invoicing;
  • Overseeing building operations;
  • Managing maintenance requests;
  • Inspecting the property and surrounding grounds
  • Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Proficiency with property management systems such as Yardi, Rentredi, or similar platforms for data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management situations professionally.
  • Legal administrative experience related to leases, contracts, landlord\-tenant law, and real estate documentation.
  • Effective negotiation skills for lease agreements and upselling opportunities while maintaining compliance standards.
  • Office experience including filing, phone etiquette, data entry, and general administrative tasks within a fast\-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with property maintenance procedures, facilities management practices and office tools for efficient workflow management.
  • Valid Drivers License w/ clean record
  • Eligible to Work in the United States
  • High School Diploma (BA or BS preferred)
  • Pay: $28\.00 \- $40\.00 per hour
