Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office management, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain office organization through effective filing, data entry, and calendar management.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic payroll and bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Calendar

Experience
* Detailed and Accurate with the tasks they've been assigned
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
* Adaptable to change and Tech\-Savvy
Pay: $16\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour
