Duties

  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through their salon experience
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer questions, and handle client inquiries promptly
  • Maintain appointment calendars using scheduling software or Google Workspace tools to optimize daily operations
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure accurate records and smooth workflow
  • Support office management by organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and assisting with clerical duties
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for billing, bookkeeping, and record keeping
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi\-line systems efficiently
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and general office software
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience with a focus on customer service and support roles
  • Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment
  • Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus for coordinating appointments and schedules efficiently
