Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Operate multi\-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, providing exceptional customer support and support to team members.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software ex Lightspeed
  • Maintain calendars, manage calendar
  • Warranty paperwork on boats
  • Keep social media up date
  • Support office tasks such as supply ordering, inventory tracking, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Date entry into Lightspeed
  • Title Registration
  • Assistant in sale of boat
  • Input invoices in computer, call customers
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and proofreading documents.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is highly desirable in the Marine Industry
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer service scenarios with patience and professionalism; time management skills are essential.
