Responsibilities:

The individual in this role will have several key responsibilities, which include overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the site, managing office\-related tasks, and ensuring the proper maintenance of the property. To effectively carry out these responsibilities, you will be partnered up with our talented mentoring team in assisting you during your training period.

In addition to managing the site's operations, this role will involve coordinating and scheduling facility repairs and maintenance with external staff/vendors. By effectively managing these external relationships, the sites operations can continue to run smoothly.

Administrative tasks will also be a part of this role. These tasks may include filing documents, performing data entry, and maintaining records. By diligently carrying out these administrative responsibilities, the individual in this position will contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the site's operations.

Overall the responsibilities of this position encompass overseeing day\-to\-day operations, covering breaks/filling in shifts, utilizing a computer system to monitor labor and sales, coordinating facility repairs and maintenance, managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and performing daily/monthly reports and payroll. These responsibilities require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all employees.

Experience:

\- Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role is preferred

\- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

\- Proficient in using computers

\- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures

\- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
