We're looking for a detail\-oriented, proactive, and passionate Paralegal to support our growing portfolio of investor and executive immigration cases. If you're eager to dive deep into complex immigration matters—especially E\-2 Treaty Investors, E\-1 Treaty Traders, L\-1A intracompany transfers, and employment\-based green card filings—this role is for you. We have a 99% success rate in all our filings with hundreds of approvals per year.

You'll work directly with our attorney and clients from around the world, helping companies and entrepreneurs realize their U.S. immigration goals through strategic filings, efficient processes, and compelling case presentations.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and file E\-2 and E\-1 visa applications, including consular registration packages, investment summaries, and source of funds documentation
  • Assist with L\-1A petitions, particularly new office cases, including drafting support letters, compiling corporate documents, and organizing organizational charts
  • Support EB\-based green card cases, including EB\-1C, EB\-2, and EB\-3 petitions, PERM coordination, I\-140 filings, and adjustment of status or consular processing packets
  • Draft immigration forms (I\-129, I\-140, I\-485, DS\-160, G\-28, ETA\-9089, etc.) and prepare detailed attorney support letters
  • Liaise with clients to collect and organize supporting documents, explain processes, and respond to RFEs
  • Maintain meticulous case files and use immigration case management systems to track deadlines and manage documents
  • Conduct background research and stay up to date on evolving immigration policies and procedures
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any discipline
  • At least \+3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant with a focus on E\-2, E\-1, or L\-1A petitions
  • Solid understanding of USCIS, DOS, and DOL procedures for business immigration matters
  • Prior experience with employment\-based green cards (EB\-1C, EB\-2, EB\-3\)
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with immigration software such as INSZoom, LawLogix, or similar platforms
  • Pay: $60,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per year
