Job Summary

Real Property Management Zenith is hiring a highly organized Administrative \& Marketing Coordinator to support daily operations, tenant/owner communication, and company marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail\-oriented, tech\-savvy, and capable of handling both administrative coordination and digital marketing support in a fast\-growing property management business.

You will play a key role in keeping operations smooth while helping grow our brand presence in the Tampa Bay real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Handle tenant and owner communication (email, phone, CRM)
  • Assist with lease documentation, renewals, and file management
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and tenants
  • Maintain accurate records in property management software
  • Support onboarding of new property owners
  • Marketing Support

  • Manage and schedule social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Assist in creating marketing posts for rental listings
  • Help develop basic graphics using Canva or similar tools
  • Update and maintain online listings (Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.)
  • Support lead generation campaigns and follow\-ups
  • Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and online tools
  • Basic marketing knowledge (social media, listings, Canva preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Experience in real estate, admin, or marketing is a plus.
